Leadership Training for Pastors of a New Generation

There is a need for a new type of leadership development, in which the notebook is your heart, and it is written on by the love of The Father, the grace of the Lord Jesus, and the teaching ministry of The Holy Spirit.

We will not waste time defining what makes a good leader. We will define why you are not the leader you want to be and discover what keeps you from being the leader God desires you to be.

We will not waste time giving you a new vision for your church. We will develop a vision for the kind of pastor God is calling you to be. You will discover how to see God’s hand in everything you’ve gone through in life, how to stop running from it, and to trust His good plan for you.

We will not waste time listing new leadership character traits for you to develop. If Christ lives in you, you already have all the character traits you need (2 Peter 1:3). You will finally find what is blocking those traits from emerging.

Leaders who lack self-awareness will always end up being defeated or defeating others. I will help you see your “self” like you have never seen it before. Then you will automatically know what your leadership problem is, and how to allow power and authority to emerge.

Restoration Workshop

More appropriate for a mixed audience, this workshop can be a one-night (2-3 hour), one-day (6-8 hour), or two-day (12 -16 hour) event in your church. Carter explains how God heals us emotionally and spiritually from wounds left by abuse, abandonment, rejection, belittlement, and other hurtful memories.
